Sequretek serves customers across enterprise, BFSI, government and critical infrastructure and is expanding its sales organisation across India.

The Role

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Manager with a strong hunter mindset, who can both develop existing accounts and acquire new logos. The ideal candidate will have 8–10 years of enterprise IT sales experience, including at least 2 years of relevant cybersecurity sales or pre-sales exposure. You should be comfortable engaging CISOs, CIOs, CTOs, IT Heads and Security/Infrastructure leaders, understanding their challenges and converting them into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Hunting & New Business

- Identify and develop new enterprise and mid-market accounts in the assigned geography.
- Generate pipeline through prospecting, networking, referrals, events and partners.
- Build relationships with CXO/CISO-level stakeholders and create new opportunities.
- Own the sales cycle from qualification through proposal, negotiation and closure.

2. Farming & Account Growth

- Develop solid relationships across existing Sequretek customers.
- Identify upsell,



cross-sell and renewal opportunities across the Percept portfolio and Managed Security Services.
- Build account plans for key customers and increase Sequretek's wallet share.
- Work with delivery and pre-sales teams to identify and convert additional opportunities.

3. Cybersecurity Solution Selling

- Develop a working understanding of Sequretek's portfolio. You don't need to be a cybersecurity expert, but you should be able to understand the customer's problem, have a meaningful technology conversation and position the right solution with support from pre-sales.

4. Pipeline & Revenue Ownership

- Own quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline and accurate forecast.
- Ensure timely CRM/Zoho updates, opportunity progression and next steps.
- Drive opportunities with discipline and maintain clear visibility on closure timelines.

5. Customer & Partner Engagement

- Develop trusted relationships with senior customer stakeholders.
- Understand customer technology environments, priorities and competitive landscape.
- Work with technology/channel/consulting partners to generate and develop opportunities.
- Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery and leadership teams to build winning propositions.

What We Are Looking For

- 8–10 years of enterprise IT / technology sales experience.
- Minimum 2 years of cybersecurity sales or cybersecurity pre-sales experience.
- Demonstrated experience in new-logo acquisition as well as existing-account growth.
- Experience selling to mid-market and enterprise customers.
- Ability to engage CISO, CIO, CTO, IT, Infrastructure and Security teams.
- Good understanding of enterprise IT and cybersecurity concepts.

Cybersecurity exposure in one or more of the following would be valuable: SOC/MSSP, SIEM/XDR, EDR/MDR, VAPT, CTEM/Attack Surface Management, IAM/IGA, Cloud Security, Network Security or GRC/Compliance. Locations: Mumbai & Bengaluru
