Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Rajkot.

The Sales

Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with clients, and promote the company’s range of steel products to customers in construction, infrastructure, and industrial sectors.

Responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, conducting market research, negotiating prices and contracts, preparing proposals, and ensuring timely follow-up on leads and inquiries.



The role also involves coordinating with internal teams for order processing, delivery schedules, and after-sales support, while meeting assigned sales targets and reporting on performance.

Qualifications

- Robust skills in client relationship management, negotiation, and persuasive communication.
- Ability to conduct market research, analyze sales data, and identify new business opportunities.
- Experience in B2B sales, preferably in steel, construction materials, or related industrial products.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple accounts and deadlines.
- Proficiency in basic office software (such as MS Office) and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Comfort working on-site in Rajkot and traveling to client locations as needed.
- Strong work ethic, resilience, and a goal-oriented mindset focused on achieving sales targets.
