Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore for a Sales Executive - Real Estate.

The Sales Executive will engage with prospective buyers, conduct site visits, explain project features, and support clients through the entire sales cycle.

Daily responsibilities include generating leads, following up with inquiries, maintaining client relationships, and negotiating terms to close deals.

The role also involves coordinating with internal teams, preparing basic sales reports,



and staying informed about local real estate trends, pricing, and competitor activities.

Qualifications

- Strong sales and negotiation abilities, with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with clients
- Ability to understand real estate projects, pricing structures, and basic legal documentation
- Comfort with fieldwork, regular client meetings, and property site visits in and around Indore
- Basic proficiency in using phones, email, and spreadsheets or CRM tools for lead and data management
- Prior experience in real estate sales or related customer-facing roles is an advantage
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently as well as within a team
- Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is preferred
