About The Role The Sales Executive – Outbound Calling will connect with Heads Up For Tails’ existing and first-party customers to understand their needs, recommend the right products, and drive sales conversions. The role requires solid communication and rapport-building skills, a target-driven mindset, and the ability to turn every conversation into a lasting customer relationship.

Key Responsibilities | What You Will Do

- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers and prospects.
- Make outbound calls to existing/first-party customers and drive sales conversions.
- Follow up actively with potential customers to improve conversion rates.
- Identify and drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities across existing customers.
- Understand customer needs and provide personalised product recommendations.
- Achieve defined sales and revenue targets within timelines.
- Maintain accurate call records and follow standard calling and documentation processes.
- Stay updated on HUFT products, offers, and new launches to communicate effectively with customers.
- Track customer feedback, competitor activity, and market trends, and share relevant insights.




- Participate in training and continuously improve product and sales knowledge.

Qualifications & Skills | What You Need

- Graduate with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
- 1–3 years of experience in outbound sales, telesales, customer retention, or inside sales, preferably in e-commerce or D2C.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Strong rapport-building and customer-handling skills.
- Sales-oriented and target-driven.
- Ability to understand customer needs and recommend relevant products.
- Comfortable with outbound calling and follow-ups.
- Good objection-handling and negotiation skills.
- Passion for pets, lifestyle, or community-led brands is preferred.
