Sales Executive – Lead Generation & Customer Acquisition

We are hiring Sales Executives for a B2C customer acquisition process in the real estate sector.

Your primary responsibility will be to connect with potential customers, understand their requirements, qualify genuine prospects, and convert them into site visits.

? Earn More Through Site Visit IncentivesThe role comes with a strong performance-based incentive opportunity.

- Monthly payout: ₹18,500
- ₹1,000 incentive for every site visit after your 5th successful site visit
- The more site visits you generate, the more you can earn.
- High-performing sales executives can earn ₹10,000+ in additional incentives through site visit conversions.

Example: If you generate 15 qualifying site visits in a month, you can earn an additional ₹10,000 in incentives for the 10 site visits above the first 5.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and understand their requirements.
- Qualify leads based on customer interest, requirements, budget, and purchase intent.
- Build rapport and create interest in relevant property options.
- Use robust communication and convincing skills to convert leads into site visits.
- Follow up with interested customers to maximise site visit conversions.




- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and lead status.
- Achieve daily calling, talk-time, lead qualification, and site-visit targets.

What We're Looking For
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong convincing and rapport-building abilities.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Sales-oriented and target-driven approach.
- Good follow-up and customer-handling skills.
- Candidates with experience in tele-sales, inside sales, lead generation, customer acquisition, BFSI, insurance, EdTech, telecom, travel, or real estate sales are welcome.
- Prior real estate experience is not mandatory for candidates with strong sales and communication skills.
