About the Role

We are looking for a agile, target-oriented and experienced Sales Executive to drive sales and business development for IT Hardware products and solutions in Bengaluru.

The ideal candidate should have proven experience in selling Laptops, Desktops, Printers and other IT Hardware products. The candidate will be responsible for developing new business, managing existing customers, generating leads, understanding customer requirements and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales of Laptops, Desktops, Printers and other IT Hardware products.

- Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, references and market visits.

- Identify potential customers across corporate, commercial and institutional segments.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and key decision-makers.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable IT hardware products and solutions.

- Conduct client meetings, product presentations and demonstrations as required.

- Prepare quotations, commercial proposals and negotiate with customers to close business.

- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure and fulfilment.

- Follow up on enquiries, quotations and prospective business opportunities.

- Coordinate with distributors, OEMs, internal teams and logistics for timely order execution.

- Maintain an updated sales pipeline and provide regular sales reports.

- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.

- Identify opportunities for repeat business,



cross-selling and up-selling.

- Keep updated with new IT hardware products, technologies, pricing and market trends.

Product Experience

Candidates should have sales experience with one or more of the following:

- Laptops

- Desktop Computers

- Printers & Scanners

- Computer peripherals and accessories

- IT hardware and related products

- Enterprise / commercial IT hardware solutions

Candidate Profile

- Proven experience in IT Hardware Sales / Technology Sales.

- Strong experience in selling Laptops, Desktops, Printers or related IT products is preferred.

- Good understanding of IT hardware products and their applications.

- Strong B2B sales and business development skills.

- Excellent customer relationship and negotiation skills.

- Good communication and presentation skills.

- Target-oriented with a strong focus on sales conversion.

- Ability to independently generate leads and develop new accounts.

- Comfortable interacting with corporate customers, IT teams, procurement teams and decision-makers.

- Good follow-up and relationship management skills.
