About the role:

Honco Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Sales Executive who is enthusiastic, confident, and motivated to build a career in sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their requirements, presenting our products/services, and converting prospects into customers.

Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and connect with potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound and inbound sales activities.
- Conduct product/service presentations and communicate the value proposition effectively.
- Follow up with prospects regularly and maintain strong client relationships.
- Manage the sales pipeline and maintain accurate records of leads and interactions.
- Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding process.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors,



and market opportunities.

Requirements:

- 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with clients.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace and CRM tools is preferred.
- Candidates who can join immediately or at short notice will be preferred.
