Role Description This is a full-time, in office Sales Executive role based in Chennai.

The Sales

Executive will engage with prospective and existing clients, present interior design solutions, and guide them through the sales cycle from initial inquiry to closing. Typical responsibilities include conducting client meetings and showroom visits, understanding client requirements, preparing and presenting proposals, and following up on leads to meet sales targets. The role also involves coordinating with the design and project teams, maintaining accurate sales records, and contributing to promotional activities and customer relationship-building initiatives.





Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong sales and negotiation skills, including lead generation, prospecting, and deal closing.
- Candidates should possess customer relationship and communication skills, including active listening, presentation abilities, and clear verbal and written communication.
- Candidates should possess basic understanding of interior design concepts, space planning, and product knowledge related to furnishings and finishes.
- Candidates should possess organizational and time-management skills, including pipeline management, follow-up discipline, and accurate documentation.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field are preferred.
- Prior experience in interior design, furniture, real estate, or retail sales is an advantage.
- Comfort using CRM tools, email, and productivity software to manage leads and client information is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Chennai, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and meet defined revenue and performance targets.
