About the RoleFotopick is looking for motivated Sales Executive Interns to join our sales team.

This role is ideal for college students, freshers, and individuals who want to gain real-world experience in sales and business development.

Your main responsibility will be to find potential customers, make cold calls, introduce Fotopick, and convert photographers and photography studios into paying customers.

No prior sales experience is required. Training and sales guidance will be provided.

Responsibilities

- Search and identify potential customers, especially photographers and photography studios
- Find leads through Google, Instagram, Facebook, directories, and other online platforms
- Make cold calls to potential customers
- Introduce Fotopick and explain its features and benefits
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable plans
- Follow up with interested leads through calls and WhatsApp
- Convert leads into paying customers
- Maintain daily lead and calling records
- Work towards achieving monthly sales targets

? Commission StructureThis is a commission-based opportunity with no fixed salary or stipend. You will receive 20% commission on every Fotopick plan successfully sold by you.

ExampleIf you sell a

- ₹1,399 plan → ₹279.80 commission
- ₹1,599 plan → ₹319.80 commission
- ₹4,800 plan → ₹960 commission




- ₹14,000 plan → ₹2,800 commission
- ₹24,000 plan → ₹4,800 commission

The more plans you sell, the more you earn. There is no fixed earning limit. Who Can Apply?

No previous sales experience required. Requirements

- Good communication skills
- Comfortable speaking with new people over the phone
- Willingness to make cold calls
- Ability to search for and identify potential leads
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Comfortable handling rejection and following up with prospects
- Basic knowledge of Google Search and Excel/Google Sheets
- Bengali/Hindi/English communication skills preferred
