Sales Executive – MBA FresherAtharva Enterprises is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated MBA Fresher to join our growing team in the Cement & Construction Materials business in Solapur, Maharashtra.

This is a field-oriented sales opportunity for candidates who are confident in communicating with people, interested in business development, and willing to build their career through hands-on customer and market experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular field visits to builders, contractors, dealers, and prospective customers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
- Understand customer requirements and assist in providing suitable solutions.
- Follow up with customers, enquiries, and potential business opportunities.
- Work towards assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Develop an understanding of the local construction-materials market and customer needs.

Who We're Looking For
- MBA graduate/fresher — Marketing, Sales, or any specialization.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and comfortable interacting with customers.
- Willingness to travel for field visits.
