Role Description The Sales Coordinator role is a full-time, on-site position based at the Chhatral facility. This role involves supporting the sales team with day-to-day coordination of orders, preparing quotations, maintaining customer records, and tracking sales activities.

The Sales

Coordinator will communicate with existing and prospective clients,



follow up on inquiries, and help ensure timely deliveries in collaboration with production and logistics teams.

Responsibilities include generating and updating sales reports, assisting with documentation, and helping resolve customer issues in alignment with company policies. The role requires close coordination with internal departments to support efficient operations and high-quality customer service.

Qualifications

- Ability to perform Sales Coordination and Sales Operations tasks, including order processing, tracking, and documentation.
- Strong Sales and Customer Service skills to manage client interactions and support long-term relationships.
- Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise with customers and internal teams.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office or similar tools for reporting and record-keeping.
- Prior experience in manufacturing or packaging industry sales support is an advantage.
- Robust organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, or a related field preferred.
