Key Responsibilities:

- Sales & Inquiry Management: Efficiently handle incoming sales inquiries from IndiaMART and other B2B portals, ensuring prompt responses and conversion.
- Team Leadership & Reporting: Guide and mentor the sales team, oversee quote follow-ups, and manage daily/weekly reporting processes.
- Digital & Social Media Presence:



Coordinate the regular update of company websites and social media channels with promotional posts and technical content.
- Channel Partner Development: Build, nurture, and maintain strong, long-term business relationships with OEMs, distributors, and dealers.

What We Are Looking For:

- Technical Acumen: Sound technical knowledge of industrial automation and weighing products.
- Industry Insight: Solid business acumen to expand and maintain OEM, distributor, and dealer networks.
- Communication & Coordination: Strong interpersonal skills to manage a high-performing sales team and engage effectively with clients.
- Experience: Minimum 2 Year in Sales
