Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Specialist role based in the Greater Nashik Area. The specialist will identify and pursue recent business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with international and domestic clients, and promote the company’s products in targeted markets. Daily responsibilities include managing sales cycles, preparing quotations and proposals, conducting market research, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.





The role also involves developing and executing marketing campaigns, participating in trade events or client meetings, and providing product training and support to customers and partners.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills for presentations, negotiations, and cross-cultural interactions
- Customer Service skills to manage client inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain long-term relationships
- Sales skills to prospect leads, close deals, and achieve revenue targets
- Training skills to educate clients, partners, or team members on products and processes
- Sales Management skills to track pipelines, forecast sales, and report performance metrics
- Experience in international trade, export/import operations, or B2B sales is an advantage
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing market conditions
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools; knowledge of digital marketing practices is beneficial
