Role Description The Sales Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Karnal. This position involves welcoming customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them to suitable consumer electronics products.

The Sales

Associate will handle product demonstrations, respond to inquiries, and provide clear information on features, pricing, and promotions. Day-to-day tasks include processing sales transactions, maintaining accurate records, keeping the store environment clean and organized, managing stock on shelves, and supporting visual merchandising. The role also includes following up with customers, assisting with returns or exchanges,



and collaborating with team members to meet sales targets and enhance the overall customer experience.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and communicate clearly with diverse customers.
- Sales and negotiation abilities, including experience working toward targets and converting inquiries into purchases.
- Basic knowledge or solid interest in consumer electronics and the ability to learn product features quickly.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple customers, maintain store standards, and manage documentation efficiently.
- Proficiency in basic computer and point-of-sale (POS) systems for billing, inventory checks, and record keeping.
- Ability to work on-site in Karnal on a full-time schedule, including weekends or peak retail periods as required.
- Prior retail or sales experience is preferred but not mandatory; a customer-focused mindset and willingness to learn are essential.
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or retail management is an advantage.
