About CarnaamaCarnaama is a growing premium car detailing studio in Indore, offering professional automotive care services including PPF, Ceramic Coating, Car Detailing, Paint Protection and other car care solutions.

We are looking for a motivated Sales & Marketing Executive who can help us grow our customer base and revenue through sales, customer relationships, lead follow-ups and business development activities.

Role OverviewThe primary responsibility of this role will be to generate and convert potential customers for Carnaama's services.

The candidate will work on both field-based business development and lead conversion, while maintaining strong relationships within the local automotive ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities for Carnaama's PPF, Ceramic Coating, Detailing and other car care services.
- Build professional relationships within the local automobile and car enthusiast community.
- Develop referral and networking opportunities to generate potential customers.
- Handle existing and old leads through phone calls and WhatsApp follow-ups.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend the right Carnaama service.
- Explain service benefits, pricing and packages to potential customers.
- Convert qualified leads into confirmed bookings.
- Follow up consistently with interested customers until closure.
- Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, conversions and customer interactions.




- Collect customer feedback after service completion.
- Identify opportunities for repeat business, referrals and upselling.
- Provide regular feedback to the management regarding customer requirements, market trends and competitor activities.
- Participate in marketing initiatives, promotional campaigns and local business development activities.

Requirements
- Prior experience in sales, business development, telecalling or customer handling.
- Experience in the automobile industry or car showroom environment will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over phone and in person.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable services.
- Interest in cars and the automotive industry.
- Comfortable with field-based work.
- Self-motivated, disciplined and result-oriented.

Preferred CandidateWe would especially prefer candidates who have previously worked in car dealerships, automobile showrooms, automotive sales or related customer-facing roles, as familiarity with the automobile industry and customer behaviour will be beneficial. CompensationFixed Salary + Performance-Based Incentives

Compensation will be based on experience and discussed during the interview.
