Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time role responsible for driving solar project sales and supporting marketing initiatives to expand Ridgeway Energy’s customer base. This is a hybrid position based in Delhi, India, with a mix of on-site client visits and office work, along with some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying leads, conducting consultations, presenting solar solutions and proposals, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle from inquiry to closure.





The specialist will collaborate with the technical team to prepare accurate quotations, support customers with subsidy and financing information, and ensure a positive customer experience. The role also involves executing marketing campaigns, participating in events or outreach activities, maintaining CRM records, and providing product and process training to stakeholders as needed.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills for engaging prospects, explaining solutions, and maintaining long-term relationships.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills for lead generation, pipeline management, negotiation, and achieving revenue targets.
- Candidates should possess Training skills to deliver product and process training to customers, partners, or internal team members.
- Knowledge of solar energy solutions, renewable energy markets, or related technical concepts is highly beneficial.
- Experience in field sales, B2C or B2B sales, or energy/utility sectors is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a hybrid workplace, manage time effectively, and travel within Delhi/NCR for client meetings.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, basic data analysis, and MS Office or similar productivity software.
