Role Description As a Sales and Marketing Intern at LoyaltyTown, you will support outreach efforts to manufacturing clients, assist in lead generation, and help coordinate sales campaigns and marketing initiatives. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include engaging with prospects, preparing presentations and marketing collateral, updating CRM data, and supporting follow-ups with potential and existing partners. You may assist in organizing product demos,



gathering customer feedback, and documenting market insights to improve sales and marketing strategies.

This is an internship role based on-site in Chennai, where you will collaborate closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Interest or foundational skills in Sales and Sales Management to support outreach, lead nurturing, and pipeline activities.
- Ability to assist with Training-related tasks such as preparing materials and helping demonstrate product features.
- Basic understanding of marketing concepts, digital channels, and B2B SaaS or manufacturing domains is advantageous.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Comfort working in an on-site, quick-paced startup environment and willingness to learn quickly.
- Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, CRM or similar software) is a plus.
