Role Description : This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Delhi, with some flexibility for work from home. The specialist will identify and qualify recent business opportunities, nurture leads, and manage the sales pipeline for CAD drafting and BIM services. Daily tasks include engaging with prospective and existing clients via calls, emails, and online meetings, presenting service offerings, preparing proposals, and supporting contract negotiations.

The role involves coordinating marketing campaigns,



maintaining CRM records, gathering market and client insights, and collaborating with internal teams to align sales messaging with service capabilities. The specialist will also provide client onboarding support, share training materials on services, and contribute to building long-term client relat ionships.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with clients, understand requirements, and maintain long-term relationships.
- Proven Sales experience with the ability to generate leads, manage pipelines, and close opportunities in a B2B or professional services environment.
- Sales Management and Training capabilities to track performance metrics, optimize processes, and guide team members or partners on sales best practices.
- Basic understanding of AEC industry services (e.g., drafting, BIM, construction documentation) or willingness to learn quickly.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setup in Delhi, manage time independently, and use digital tools (CRM systems, office productivity tools, online meeting platforms).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
- Analytical mindset with skills in market research, competitor analysis, and reporting on sales and marketing performance.
