Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full time, remote role responsible for driving product awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth for AAMIYA FARM FRESH. On a day-to-day basis, this role involves identifying and nurturing sales opportunities, managing customer inquiries, and maintaining positive relationships with existing clients. The Specialist develops and executes marketing campaigns across digital channels, prepares promotional materials, and tracks performance metrics to optimize outreach efforts.





Additional responsibilities include coordinating product information with internal teams, providing basic training or guidance to partners on offerings, and contributing ideas to improve overall sales and marketing strategies.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess proven Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Candidates should possess experience in Training and Sales Management to support onboarding and performance oversight for sales initiatives.

- Relevant qualifications include experience in food, agriculture, or FMCG sectors; proficiency with CRM systems; and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
