Job Summary

We are seeking a agile, fashion-forward, and customer-focused sales executive/fashion consultant to join our team at Jaywalking. The ideal candidate will be a college graduate (degree completed) with a passion for fashion and a flair for creating personalized shopping experiences for clients. We welcome freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of retail experience to apply.

Paid Store Internship Opportunity

We're also offering a 3-month paid store internship at both our Kala Ghoda and Bandra stores. It's a hands-on way to learn fashion retail, styling, and store operations, with the chance to grow into a full-time role.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

- Greet customers warmly and provide personalized styling advice to meet their needs.
- Build lasting client relationships to ensure repeat visits and brand loyalty.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, suggestions, and styling recommendations.

Sales





- Drive sales by delivering exceptional shopping experiences and achieving individual and store targets.
- Cross-sell and up-sell products to maximize revenue opportunities.

Store Operations

- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Handle inventory restocking, pricing, and tagging of merchandise.
- Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system for billing and payment processing.

Fashion Expertise

- Stay up to date with current fashion trends and brand offerings.
- Provide expert styling tips and outfit suggestions to customers.

Team Collaboration

- Work collaboratively with the team to meet collective goals and deliver outstanding service.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree completed. Candidates with ongoing college studies will not be considered.
- Freshers welcome; up to 1 year of retail or fashion sales experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for fashion and awareness of current trends
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with POS systems
