Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Delhi Area. This role involves identifying and engaging prospective students and institutional partners, presenting Shikshalah’s offerings, and driving subscriptions and user growth. The Specialist will plan and execute sales campaigns, support marketing initiatives, and coordinate outreach activities both online and offline.

Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations, managing inquiries,



providing informed guidance to prospective users, and maintaining accurate records of leads and conversions. The role also includes collaborating with the content and operations teams to align promotional messages with learner needs and market feedback.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with students, parents, and institutional partners.
- Proven ability in Sales and Sales Management to generate leads, convert prospects, and meet growth targets.
- Experience in Training or educational outreach to explain platform features and guide new users.
- Knowledge of basic marketing principles, including social media outreach and campaign coordination, is beneficial.
- Prior experience in EdTech, education services, or similar domains is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in the Greater Delhi Area and travel locally for meetings or events as needed.
