Role Description The Sales and Marketing Intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai. The intern will support daily sales activities such as lead generation, prospecting, and follow-ups, as well as assisting the sales team in preparing presentations and proposals. They will contribute to marketing campaigns by conducting market research, helping with content creation for digital channels, and tracking campaign performance.





The intern will engage with potential and existing customers to understand their needs, provide basic product information, and route inquiries to the appropriate team members. The role also involves maintaining CRM records, participating in training sessions, and collaborating closely with sales and marketing professionals to achieve team goals.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with prospects and clients.
- Candidates should possess foundational Sales and Sales Management skills to support lead handling, pipeline tracking, and reporting.
- Candidates should possess an interest in Training and continuous learning to quickly understand products, processes, and sales techniques.
- Basic understanding of marketing concepts and digital channels (social media, email, CRM tools) is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Chennai, collaborate within a team, and manage time and tasks efficiently.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace and comfort with learning new software tools is an advantage.
