As we continue to strengthen our presence in India, we are looking for a proactive and customer-focused professional to join our team in Pune and support both our customers and sales activities.

THE ROLE

As a Sales and Customer Care Specialist, you will be an important link between our customers, Sales Team, local operations in India and KLIMAS Headquarters in Poland.

This role combines Customer Care, Sales Support and day-to-day coordination and is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers, takes ownership of tasks and wants to develop in an international business environment.

This is not a new business acquisition role. The main focus is on customer care, sales support, order coordination, upselling and cross-selling with existing customers.

Your Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end order process for existing customers, from order receipt through delivery coordination
- Maintain regular contact with customers by phone and e-mail and ensure timely follow-up
- Build and maintain robust, long-term relationships with the current customer portfolio
- Provide day-to-day customer support and respond to commercial,



order and service-related queries
- Prepare quotations and coordinate commercial follow-up with existing customers
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions
- Support upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
- Support customer retention, satisfaction and service quality
- Coordinate complaints, returns and other customer issues with relevant internal departments
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer, order and sales data in CRM / ERP systems
- Cooperate closely with the Sales Team in managing existing customers and supporting ongoing commercial activities
- Work closely with Logistics, Warehouse, Finance, Operations and other internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer service
- Coordinate selected customer care and sales support activities with the Global Customer Care Manager at KLIMAS Headquarters in Poland
- Prepare customer-related reports, sales support data and other required documentation
- Monitor open topics and ensure that customer requests are followed through to completion
- Support the achievement of customer service and sales targets related to the existing customer base
- Contribute to continuous improvement of customer care processes and day-to-day cooperation between India and Headquarters

What We Are Looking For





- Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service, Customer Care, Sales Support or Internal Sales
- Good command of English
- Good command of Marathi and/or Hindi
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Customer-focused and proactive approach
- Ability to take ownership and follow up effectively
- Good organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Good working knowledge of MS Office
- Experience with CRM and/or ERP systems will be an advantage
- Ability to cooperate effectively with both local and international teams
