- Role Description The Robotics Instructor will deliver hands-on robotics and STEM lessons to school students, guiding them through concepts such as basic electronics, sensors, motors, and programming logic. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and conducting classroom and lab sessions, demonstrating robotics kits and tools, supervising student projects, and ensuring protected use of equipment. The role involves designing engaging learning materials, assessing student progress, providing feedback,



and collaborating with school staff to integrate robotics into the broader curriculum. The Robotics Instructor will also support teacher training sessions, maintain robotics lab resources, and stay updated on emerging educational technologies. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ranchi.

- Candidates should possess solid Programming skills relevant to educational robotics platforms and tools.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for teaching diverse groups of students and collaborating with educators.

- Relevant bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, or a related STEM field.
- Experience teaching or mentoring school-age learners in robotics, coding, or STEM subjects is highly beneficial.
- Ability to design age-appropriate lesson plans, manage classroom dynamics, and ensure a safe lab environment.
- Comfort with educational technology tools and willingness to learn new AI and digital learning platforms.
