We are looking for an experienced RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle (IG&L;) / Aveksa Specialist to support a critical migration from RSA IG&L; 7.5.2 to Lumos.

? Experience: 6+ Years

? Location: Remote

⏳ Notice Period: Immediate Joiners to 15 Days Max

### ? Must-Have Skills

- Hands-on experience with RSA IG&L; / Aveksa administration & configuration
- Strong experience in RSA IG&L; 7.x, preferably 7.5.x
- Review / Recertification Campaigns
- Request & Fulfillment / Provisioning Workflows
- Collectors, Connectors, Roles & Reviewer Assignment
- Workflow exception handling & auto-assignment
- Oracle & MS SQL – queries, views, data validation
- PowerShell scripting for production integrations
- Active Directory & on-premise integrations
- Ability to independently analyze existing production configurations and workflows

### ⭐ Good to Have




- BeyondTrust / PAM experience
- Account collectors & application onboarding
- Mover / career-change reviews
- AD / Kerberos / enterprise proxy environments
- IGA migration or dual-run experience
- Lumos / SailPoint IdentityNow / ISC / Saviynt
- Azure SQL / AWS RDS
- Production change control, logging & documentation

? Ideal candidates: Professionals with solid hands-on RSA IG&L;/Aveksa + SQL + PowerShell experience who can independently map existing IGA workflows and integrations during the migration to Lumos.
