Role Description The RMC Site Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Kerala, India, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations at Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC) sites. The role includes supervising concrete production and dispatch, monitoring raw material usage, and ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.

The Site

Supervisor coordinates with plant teams, logistics, and client representatives to schedule pours, resolve on-site issues, and ensure timely delivery. This position also involves maintaining accurate production and delivery records, reporting site performance, and supporting continuous improvement in efficiency and cost control.



The RMC Site Supervisor will ensure compliance with company procedures and local regulations while maintaining professional relationships with customers and vendors.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong site supervision and operational management skills, including experience in overseeing RMC or construction site activities.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of concrete production processes, quality control practices, and basic understanding of construction materials and equipment.
- Candidates should possess skills in safety management, including adherence to workplace safety standards and implementation of site safety protocols.
- Candidates should possess coordination and communication skills to work effectively with plant staff, logistics teams, contractors, and client representatives.
- Candidates should possess basic data handling and reporting skills, including maintaining logs, preparing daily reports, and using standard office software.
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in RMC or construction operations, is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Kerala, India, with flexibility for extended hours or shifts as required by project schedules.
- Prior experience in the construction materials sector or ready-mix concrete operations will be considered an advantage.
