- 1+ year experience in Equity Broking / Dealing
- NISM Series VIII – Equity Derivatives is mandatory
- Hands-on experience with NSE/BSE trading terminals

- Client advisory & relationship management skills
- Positive communication skills
- Experience in acquiring clients and increasing trading activity
