Role Summary

We are looking for a Revenue Analyst to support revenue management for a portfolio of US-based hotels. The role will focus on hotel performance analysis, forecasting, pricing support, reporting, and monitoring market trends.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, Pickup, Pace, and room revenue.
- Prepare daily/weekly revenue and performance reports.
- Support pricing, forecasting, and inventory decisions.
- Monitor booking trends, demand, seasonality, and competitor rates.
- Track rates and availability across OTAs and booking channels.
- Conduct rate, parity, and availability audits.
- Identify revenue opportunities and performance gaps.
- Maintain accurate trackers, dashboards, and reports.
- Support the Revenue Manager with data-driven recommendations.

Requirements

- 1–2 years of experience in hotel revenue management, revenue analysis, reservations,



or hospitality.
- Good understanding of hotel revenue metrics and forecasting.
- Robust Excel/Google Sheets and analytical skills.
- Good English communication and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- US hotel experience is an added advantage.
- Willingness to work 2:00 AM – 10:00 AM IST, Monday to Saturday.

Preferred Tools Opera / Cloudbeds / PMS, Expedia, Booking.com, Agoda, SiteMinder, RateGain, STAAH, Duetto, IDeaS, STR, or similar tools.

Location: Vadodara, Gujarat – Work from Office

Experience: 1–2 Years | Industry: Hospitality / Hotel Revenue

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Timing: 2:00 AM – 10:00 AM IST
