About the Role

We are looking for passionate and experienced Roblox Mentors who can teach students Roblox game development and help them build their creativity, coding, and problem-solving skills through practical projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct engaging 1:1 online Roblox classes for students.
- Teach Roblox Studio, game development, basic programming, and game design.
- Help students understand Lua/Luau scripting and apply it to projects.
- Guide students in creating and improving their own Roblox games.
- Plan lessons according to the student's age, level, and learning goals.
- Make sessions interactive, practical, and student-friendly.
- Provide constructive feedback and help students complete assigned projects.
- Maintain qualified communication with students and parents through the EdifyChamps team.

Requirements

- Strong knowledge of Roblox Studio and Roblox game development.




- Good understanding of Lua/Luau scripting.
- Prior teaching, mentoring, or game-development experience is preferred.
- Good English communication skills.
- Ability to conduct engaging online classes.
- Laptop/desktop with a stable internet connection.
- Comfortable teaching students from international time zones.

Compensation

- Regular 1-hour 1:1 Class: ₹350 per session
- Demo Class: ₹100
- Demo Conversion: Additional ₹250
- No minimum or maximum number of classes.
- Classes are assigned based on your submitted availability.
- Payment Cycle: 25th–30th of every month.

Mentor Program

- Interview includes a short 15–20 minute demo/assessment.
