Role Description The Renal Sales Professional is a full-time, on-site role based in Bangalore Urban. This role involves identifying and engaging nephrologists, dialysis centers, hospitals, and clinics to promote Pulse’s renal care products and solutions.
The Renal Sales
Professional will conduct product demonstrations, support clinical and procurement discussions, and manage the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
Responsibilities include maintaining robust relationships with key accounts, tracking sales performance, providing market feedback to internal teams,
and ensuring compliance with regulatory and ethical guidelines. The role also requires close collaboration with marketing, operations, and product teams to align field activities with overall business objectives.
Qualifications
- Experience in renal or broader medical device sales, with a strong understanding of dialysis and nephrology care pathways.
- Proven ability in territory management, account planning, and customer relationship development in healthcare settings.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to clinical and non-clinical stakeholders.
- Comfort with using CRM tools, sales reporting systems, and basic data analysis to track performance and plan activities.
- Ability to work independently in the field, organize schedules efficiently, and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, biomedical engineering, pharmacy, business, or a related discipline; an advanced degree is an advantage.
- Prior experience working with hospitals, dialysis centers, or nephrology departments is highly desirable.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and adhere to all healthcare compliance and ethical promotion standards.
