Elegatra is a lighting & chandelier brand, and we’re looking for a Sales manahger to drive sales from our showroom.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage customers visiting the showroom.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Handle enquiries, quotations, negotiations, and order closures.
- Follow up with leads and showroom visitors to drive conversions.
- Build strong relationships with customers and interior designers.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales, and follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in retail sales preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused.
- Strong follow-up and closing skills.
- Experience in luxury, furniture, lighting, interiors, or premium retail is a plus.
