Role Description The Research Analyst role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gujarat, India.

The Research

Analyst will conduct market and industry research, collect and analyze data on regulatory trends, tax policies, and government incentives relevant to clients.

Responsibilities include preparing research reports, summaries, and dashboards to support advisory recommendations, and collaborating with consultants to translate findings into practical business insights. The role involves monitoring legislative and policy changes, validating data sources, and presenting clear,



well-structured information to internal teams and clients.

The Research

Analyst will also support the development of knowledge repositories and contribute to improving research methodologies and frameworks.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and proficiency in Statistics to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
- Candidates should possess solid Market Research and Research skills to design studies, gather information from diverse sources, and evaluate industry trends.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to present findings clearly in written reports, presentations, and discussions with stakeholders.
- Relevant academic background such as a degree in Economics, Business, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Ability to work with spreadsheets and basic data analysis tools; familiarity with research databases or public policy resources is an advantage.
- Attention to detail, critical thinking, and the ability to work independently while collaborating within cross-functional teams.
