- Identify and acquire new customers through field visits, referrals, and company-generated leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term engagement.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with customers for new business opportunities.

- Business Development
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate life, health, or general insurance products.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets for recent policies and renewals.
- Present product features, benefits, and comparisons to customers clearly and professionally.
- Upsell and cross-sell relevant insurance solutions.
- Customer Service &
- Retention
- Assist customers with queries related to policy issuance, premium payments, claims, and renewals.
- Ensure timely renewal reminders and reduce policy lapse rates.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly.
- Documentation &
- Compliance




- Ensure accurate completion of proposal forms, KYC documents, and compliance requirements.
- Maintain updated records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Adhere to regulatory guidelines prescribed by IRDAI and company policies.
- Market Intelligence
- Stay updated on competitor offerings, industry trends, and product updates.
- Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs and market opportunities.
