Job Title: Relationship Officer – CASA
Company: AU Small Finance Bank
Job Responsibilities
- Acquire recent CASA customers through open market and branch leads.
- Promote Current Account and Savings Account products to individual and business customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships for business growth.
- Cross-sell banking products such as insurance, fixed deposits, and other retail products.
- Achieve monthly CASA and revenue targets.
- Conduct customer meetings, field visits, and local market activities.
- Ensure proper KYC documentation and compliance processes.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience in CASA sales, BFSI sales, or direct sales preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable with field sales activities.
