Role Description The Repair Technician role at EleFant is a full-time, on-site position based across India.

The Repair

Technician is responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing toys, electronic components, and related equipment to ensure they are protected and ready for use. Day-to-day tasks include performing regular maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, cleaning and testing items, and documenting repair activities. The role involves coordinating with operations and customer support teams to address product issues quickly,



helping maintain high standards of safety and reliability.

The Repair

Technician also contributes to process improvements for equipment handling and quality control.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Appliance Repair and Equipment Maintenance to handle a variety of toys and related devices.
- Candidates should possess Troubleshooting skills to identify, diagnose, and resolve mechanical or electrical issues efficiently.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Satisfaction skills to coordinate with internal teams and support a positive user experience.
- Attention to detail and a focus on safety standards in handling children’s toys and equipment.
- Basic knowledge of tools, materials, and repair techniques for mechanical and electronic items.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai / Ahmedabad / Delhi / Bangalore and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in repair, maintenance, or a technical support role is preferred.
