Job Brief:- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join AU Small Finance Bank Limited's Sales Department as a Relationship Manager for Royale Business clients. This role demands a strategic and client-focused individual who can manage and grow a portfolio of high-net-worth and premium business clients by delivering tailored financial solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of financial products, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proven track record in business development within the financial services sector. This position plays a critical role in driving revenue growth, enhancing client satisfaction, and strengthening the bank's presence in the premium business segment.

Responsibilities:-

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Royale Business clients to understand their financial needs and provide customized banking solutions.
- Identify and acquire new high-net-worth business clients through targeted prospecting and networking activities.
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and risk assessment to recommend appropriate credit and investment products.




- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of banking services and resolve client issues promptly.
- Monitor client portfolios regularly to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling of bank products and services.
- Prepare detailed business proposals and presentations to support client acquisition and retention efforts.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice to clients.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators set by the bank for the Royale Business segment.
- Ensure compliance with all internal policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management guidelines.
- Represent the bank at industry events and client meetings to enhance brand visibility and build strategic partnerships.
