About the Role

We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Relationship Managers to join our Health Broking Vertical in Bengaluru.

The RM will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners and customers, driving business, supporting partners with product and process requirements, and ensuring a smooth customer experience throughout the policy lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and customers.
- Generate current business opportunities and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable health insurance solutions.
- Conduct regular partner/customer meetings and follow-ups.
- Drive business through effective relationship management and product positioning.
- Support partners with quotations, policy issuance,



renewals and other service requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams for underwriting, policy servicing and claim-related queries.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
- Maintain accurate records and regular updates through CRM and internal systems.
- Conduct product presentations and training for partners whenever required.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer and partner requirements.

- Experience: Freshers and Experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong relationship-building and convincing abilities.
- Sales-oriented and comfortable working with targets.
- Basic understanding of digital tools and CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
- Two-wheeler is mandatory as the role involves field visits.
- Candidates with experience in Insurance, Banking, Financial Services or Sales will have an added advantage.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
