We’re Hiring: Relationship Manager

ECIC Consulting is looking for a Relationship Manager to join our team and help us build and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers and business leaders.

This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable speaking with people, understands how to build professional relationships, and can confidently communicate with prospective and existing clients.

What You’ll Do• Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients

- Reach out to manufacturing companies and identify potential opportunities
- Understand client needs and connect them with the right ECIC Consulting services
- Follow up with prospects and maintain consistent communication
- Schedule meetings and coordinate conversations between prospects and our consulting team
- Maintain accurate records of conversations, leads, follow ups, and opportunities
- Support business development and sales activities
- Assist with proposals, presentations, and client communication when required
- Work closely with our consulting and operations teams
- Handle other relationship management and business development activities as needed

What We’re Looking For• Solid verbal and written communication skills




- Confident and professional communication with business owners, managers, and executives
- Good follow up and relationship building skills
- Ability to understand a client's business and identify their needs
- Comfortable making calls, sending emails, and communicating with prospects
- Organized and capable of managing multiple conversations and follow ups
- Self motivated and able to work independently
- Experience in sales, business development, customer success, account management, or relationship management is preferred

Experience with manufacturing, ERP, Lean Manufacturing, consulting, or B2B sales is a plus, but not required.
