Job Brief:- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to manage and grow business accounts within the financial services sector at AU Small Finance Bank Limited. The role involves building strong relationships with business clients, understanding their financial needs, and delivering tailored banking solutions to enhance client satisfaction and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of business banking products, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in managing high-value accounts while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Responsibilities:-

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective business clients to understand their financial requirements and provide customized banking solutions.
- Manage a portfolio of business accounts, ensuring timely resolution of client queries and proactive identification of cross-selling opportunities.
- Conduct detailed financial analysis and risk assessment to recommend appropriate credit and banking products aligned with client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams including credit, operations,



and compliance to ensure seamless service delivery and adherence to regulatory guidelines.
- Drive business growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding the bank’s footprint within the assigned territory.
- Prepare and present detailed business proposals and financial reports to clients and senior management.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide strategic insights and maintain competitive advantage.
- Ensure compliance with all banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements while managing client accounts.
- Lead negotiations and finalize agreements with business clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and long-term partnerships.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members to enhance overall team performance and client servicing.
