Role Description The Relationship Manager role at Aditya Birla Sun Life Mutual Fund is a full-time, on-site position based in Thanjavur.

The Relationship

Manager is responsible for building and maintaining solid relationships with individual investors, distributors, and other key stakeholders to grow business in the region. Daily activities include explaining mutual fund products, assisting with investments and transactions, responding to queries and complaints, and providing timely portfolio and market updates.



The role involves conducting investor meetings, supporting customer onboarding and documentation, coordinating with internal teams for service resolution, and promoting suitable investment solutions in line with regulatory guidelines.

The Relationship

Manager is expected to achieve assigned sales and service targets while upholding high standards of ethics, compliance, and customer experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong relationship management, customer service, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Candidates should possess sales, business development, and negotiation skills relevant to financial products.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of mutual funds, investment concepts, and basic financial planning principles.
- Candidates should possess communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse clients.
- Candidates should possess skills in documentation handling, attention to detail, and adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Relevant experience in mutual funds, banking, or financial services is beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in finance, commerce, business, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in local language and English, along with familiarity with MS Office and basic digital tools, will be an advantage.
