Role Description This full-time, on-site Registered Nurse role is based in Howrah and involves direct patient care within a clinical setting.

The Registered

Nurse will assess patient conditions, monitor vital signs, administer medications and treatments as prescribed, and support physicians and other healthcare professionals in delivering care. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate clinical documentation, educating patients and families on treatment plans and self-care, and adhering to infection control and safety protocols. The role also involves coordinating with multidisciplinary teams,



participating in quality improvement activities, and ensuring compassionate, patient-centered service.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated clinical nursing skills in assessment, medication administration, wound care, and basic emergency response.
- Robust patient communication and counseling abilities, with a focus on empathy, clarity, and cultural sensitivity.
- Ability to maintain precise medical records, follow clinical protocols, and comply with infection prevention and safety standards.
- Effective collaboration skills to work within multidisciplinary teams and manage workload in a fast-paced environment.
- Recognized nursing qualification (e.g., GNM, B.Sc. Nursing) and current registration with the appropriate nursing council.
- Prior experience in hospital or clinic settings is preferred; experience in general medicine, surgery, or emergency care is an advantage.
