About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Territory Sales Manager to expand 4K Sports Infra's presence across Kerala and drive project-based sales for synthetic turfs, sports flooring, wooden flooring, kids' play areas and related infrastructure solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop new business and manage the sales pipeline across Kerala.
- Identify opportunities with schools, colleges, academies, corporates, builders, architects and institutions.
- Conduct customer meetings and site visits to understand project requirements.
- Coordinate with Design & Engineering teams for proposals and quotations.
- Present proposals, negotiate commercials and drive orders to closure.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and generate repeat business.




- Coordinate project handover and follow up on customer payments.
- Track market opportunities, competitors and upcoming projects.
- Maintain CRM records, sales reports and revenue forecasts.
- Achieve assigned sales, conversion and territory development targets.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce or related field.
- 1– 4 years of experience in B2B Sales, Project Sales, Construction, Infrastructure, Real Estate, Building Materials or related industries.
- Solid communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to independently manage a territory and achieve sales targets.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Kerala.
- Valid driving licence preferred.
- Experience in project-based sales will be an advantage.
