Responsibilities

Lead Regional / Zonal Collection Operations and achieve monthly recovery targets

Manage and drive performance of Area Managers, Team Leaders & Field Collection Teams

Monitor bucket-wise collections, delinquency, productivity & recovery performance

Plan and execute strategies to improve collection efficiency and team productivity

Conduct regular performance reviews, target planning & corrective actions

Coordinate with Bank / NBFC clients for operational requirements and escalations





Ensure adherence to client policies, RBI guidelines & collection code of conduct

Analyse MIS, collection reports & portfolio performance

Support recruitment, training, team development & performance improvement

Handle critical escalations and drive overall portfolio recovery

What We are Looking for :

✅ 5+ years of relevant Banking / NBFC Collection & Recovery experience

✅ Strong team handling & leadership experience

✅ Experience in Field Collection / Tele-calling / Delinquency Management

✅ Regional / Zonal operations experience preferred

✅ Candidates with previous experience in HDFC Bank, Axis Bank, Axis Finance, Kotak Mahindra Bank or ICICI Bank will be highly preferred

✅ Solid communication, negotiation & people-management skills
