Role Description The Recruitment Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Vishakhapatnam. This position is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating and conducting interviews, and supporting hiring decisions across various roles.

The Recruitment

Specialist will partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, maintain candidate pipelines, and ensure a positive candidate experience. The role also includes onboarding coordination and participation in training and orientation activities for new hires,



while maintaining accurate recruitment records and reporting on hiring metrics.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong hiring and recruiting skills, including experience with end-to-end talent acquisition.
- Candidates should possess effective interviewing skills, including structured interview techniques and candidate evaluation.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal, for interaction with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess training and onboarding skills to support new employee integration and orientation.
- Relevant experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or in HR is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Vishakhapatnam and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Robust organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail and confidentiality in handling candidate information.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is beneficial.
