About the RoleWe are looking for a Regional Content & Growth Head – South to own and grow our South language portfolio.

This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring that each language consistently captures relevant political, social, cultural, faith and digital trends, creates engaging content and ads around them, and grows at a consistent pace.

What You’ll Do

- Own content and growth across designated languages
- Ensure each language team consistently identifies and captures relevant trends and conversations.
- Ideate and create content, campaigns and ads for different regional audiences.
- Build content calendars around politics, current affairs, faith, festivals, culture and trends.
- Build and manage a team of 20+ people including language associates, growth associates,



designers and editors.
- Work closely with Language Associates to improve daily content and execution.
- Track performance and growth across each language and identify what is working and what needs to change.
- Work with Growth and Performance Marketing teams to create and test content and ads that can scale.
- Work with Product teams for feature improvements targeted at North growth
- Maintain content quality and consistency across languages.
- Manage and mentor the language teams.
- Drive consistent growth in users and engagement across the portfolio.

What We’re Looking For

- 3+ years of experience in content, creative, digital media, media, social media, politics or other relevant spaces.
- Solid understanding of politics, society, culture and current affairs.
- Someone who actively follows news, social media, regional conversations and emerging trends.
- Strong content ideation and creative thinking.
- Experience creating content, campaigns and digital ads.
- Strong understanding of regional audiences and what content works for them.
- Experience managing teams.
- Strong Hindi and English; knowledge of additional regional languages is an advantage.
- Experience in politics, political consulting, journalism or similar spaces would be an advantage.
