Role Description : The Recovery Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This position involves managing debt recovery cases, contacting clients and customers, negotiating repayment plans, and documenting all interactions accurately. The role includes reviewing account details, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, and ensuring adherence to company policies and legal guidelines.

Specialist will provide explicit explanations of recovery processes, maintain professional and empathetic communication, and support training initiatives within the team.



The role may also involve working with insurance-related recovery cases and contributing to improvements in recovery strategies.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities for effective client and customer interactions.
- Candidates should possess knowledge or experience in Recovery to handle sensitive recovery situations with empathy and professionalism.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with Insurance processes to manage recovery cases involving insurance claims or coverage.
- Candidates should possess Training skills to support onboarding, skill development, and process adherence within the recovery team.
- Relevant experience in debt recovery, collections, finance, or customer service is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, manage multiple cases, and maintain accurate records is required.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM or collection software is an advantage.
- A diploma or degree in business, finance, psychology, social work, or a related field is preferred.
