Role Description This is a full-time, remote Recruiter role with earnings of up to 10k on a target-based structure. The Recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers or clients. Daily responsibilities include posting job openings on relevant platforms, maintaining candidate pipelines, updating recruitment trackers, and following up promptly with applicants.

The Recruiter will also build relationships with clients, understand role requirements, and align candidate profiles with hiring needs. The role requires meeting defined recruitment targets, tracking performance metrics, and continuously improving sourcing strategies to achieve placement goals.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong talent sourcing and candidate research skills, including experience using job boards, social media, and qualified networks.




- Candidates should possess skills in interviewing, candidate assessment, and evaluating qualifications for role fit and organizational culture.
- Candidates should possess skills in client communication and stakeholder management, including clarifying job requirements and providing timely updates.
- Candidates should possess skills in organizing recruitment workflows, maintaining applicant tracking systems or spreadsheets, and handling multiple open roles simultaneously.
- Candidates should possess strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Relevant experience in agency or corporate recruiting, sales or target-based roles, or human resources coordination is beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in recruitment, HR, business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Comfort with basic digital tools (email, spreadsheets, video conferencing) and a reliable internet connection are required.
