Role Description The Real Estate Consultant role at The Assetree is a full-time, in office position based in Gurgaon. In this role, the consultant will advise clients on property options, conduct property visits, and assist with evaluations of residential and commercial real estate. Daily responsibilities include managing client inquiries, presenting suitable property listings, negotiating terms, and coordinating with developers, owners, and legal advisors as needed.

The consultant will also stay updated on local market trends,



prepare basic documentation, and support training or knowledge-sharing sessions within the team to enhance service quality.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Real Estate and Real Property, with a strong understanding of local market dynamics in Gurgaon.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Negotiation skills to effectively present properties and secure favorable terms for clients.
- Candidates should possess Training abilities to share market insights, best practices, and process knowledge with colleagues or new team members.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships with clients.
- Ability to work on-site, manage multiple client engagements, and maintain accurate records of property listings and transactions.
- Prior experience in real estate consulting, brokerage, or property sales is preferred.
