Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Investment Specialist based in Bengaluru. The role involves sourcing and evaluating real estate investment opportunities, conducting financial and market analysis, and preparing investment proposals and presentations. The specialist will perform due diligence on properties and developers, assess risks, and support transaction structuring and negotiations.

Daily activities include interacting with clients and stakeholders, explaining investment options, coordinating with internal teams for documentation and closing,



and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local and global real estate trends. The role also includes regularly tracking portfolio performance and providing clear, data-backed recommendations to support investment decisions.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data, market trends, and investment performance.
- Knowledge of investments and real estate investment principles, including returns, risk, and portfolio diversification.
- Experience or familiarity with real estate markets, property evaluation, and transaction processes.
- Ability to conduct thorough due diligence on projects, developers, legal documentation, and regulatory compliance.
- Relevant academic background in Finance, Business, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Excel or other analytical tools for financial modeling and scenario analysis.
