True Space Homes is looking for a agile and result-oriented Real Estate Consultant to join our Bengaluru team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and sales skills, a customer-first approach, and an interest in Bengaluru’s residential real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand clients’ property requirements, budgets and investment objectives.
- Recommend suitable residential projects from leading developers.
- Handle leads and follow up with prospective homebuyers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Coordinate and conduct project presentations and site visits.
- Explain project details, pricing, location advantages and investment potential.
- Assist clients in comparing projects and making informed property decisions.
- Negotiate and follow up with clients to facilitate successful closures.
- Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the sales process.
- Coordinate with developers and internal teams for inventory, pricing and booking updates.




- Maintain lead and sales records and provide regular updates on the sales pipeline.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience, preferably in real estate, property sales or consultative sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working with sales targets.
- Good knowledge of Bengaluru’s real estate market will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in English, Hindi and Kannada; knowledge of additional regional languages is an advantage.
